To follow Christ:
1. Confess that you are a sinner. Because we accepted and turned to Jesus Christ, we are convicted that we are sinners. Our St Apostle Paul called himself «the chief sinner» (1 Timothy 1:15).

2. Walk humbly before God.

3. Recognize that only by grace of Jesus Christ we are saved because of His love for us sinners.

4. Take up your own sin upon yourself as He took YOUR sins upon Himself.

5. Remember that in our sin and wretchedness we can never become more wretched than Christ on the Cross.

6. Take up your wretchedness and follow Him.
